The Role: Supply Chain Manager
What you will do:
We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to own the Asia-side supply chain operations for our AI hardware products. Based in India, you will be the operational owner of PCBA build execution with our CM partners, component-level supply planning, procurement management, and Asia logistics. This role is critical to ensuring our production pipeline runs smoothly from component procurement through board assembly to finished goods fulfillment. You will work extensively in NetSuite ERP for procurement, MRP, inventory management, and invoice reconciliation. You will also own the tactical procurement work including PO/invoice reconciliation and drive monthly variance analysis (PCBA costs, material variances, and PPVs) in partnership with finance.
Key Responsibilities:
PCBA Build Planning & Execution
Create, manage & execute build schedules aligned to demand plan & CM capacity
Track WIP daily: monitor yield, flag deviations, and drive corrective actions
Manage ECN/PCN implementation at the CM — coordinate with engineering and CM partners
Own CM capacity slot management & build prioritization
Procurement Management & Variance Analysis
Create and track purchase orders across all consigned components for PCBA
Perform PO-to-invoice reconciliation; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Own PCBA cost variance analysis: material, manufacturing, and Purchase Price Variances
Prepare monthly PPV reports and root cause analysis for finance review cycles
Coordinate supplier payment schedules and resolve invoice disputes
Asia Logistics & 3PL Fulfillment
Coordinate Asia freight for components & finished goods
Manage 3PL partner relationships, SLAs, and performance metrics
Handle export documentation, customs compliance, and trade regulations
Execute last-mile fulfillment for customer shipments originating from Asia
Component Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Run component-level MRP and manage shortage resolution
Monitor inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Establish inventory metrics & forecast model for the company
Identify excess and obsolete inventory risks; recommend disposition strategies
Ensure inventory accuracy >99% for the company via perpetual inventory management process
AI-Augmented Operations & Systems
Leverage AI tools for day-to-day operations; well versed working with AI-based tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot)
Lead projects to scale operations using AI/automation across supply chain functions driven by short-term pain points, quick wins & organizational impact
Maintain master data accuracy: items, BOMs, lead times, etc.
Execute P2P, Manufacturing, Transfer Orders, and Order Fulfillment workflows in NetSuite
What you will bring:
Minimum:
8+ years in supply chain planning, procurement, or manufacturing operations
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required) — PO management, MRP, inventory, and financial reconciliation modules
Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers, preferably in electronics/PCBA
Strong procurement fundamentals: PO management, invoice reconciliation, cost analysis
Analytical mindset — proficient in Excel/data tools for variance analysis and reporting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
Preferred:
Experience with Tier-1 EMS providers
Familiarity with AI/ML tools for supply chain automation
Background in server, networking, or AI accelerator hardware
APICS or equivalent supply chain certification
What Success Looks Like:
Fully onboarded on E2E supply chain; independently running supply planning meetings. Plugged in to NetSuite ERP to identify gaps in current process. Within 30 days:
Owning variance analysis cycle end-to-end; driving 3PL performance improvements. Within 60 days:
Operating autonomously across all responsibilities; proactively surfacing cost drivers and supply risks. Within 90 days:
